Return Policy

Terms of Sale

  • All sales are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges on special orders, layaways, sale items or floor samples.
  • There is a maximum of 60 day layaway, any additional time may result in storage fees.
  • There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. 

Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery is subject to availability of merchandise from manufacturer. 
  • When picking up merchandise, it is the customer's responsibility to provide all ropes and pads to secure the merchandise before leaving the pick-up premises. 
  • Be sure to inspect all items before signing the receipt, Signature Furniture Galleries’ and Delivery Express’ responsibility ends at the dock. 

Return/Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction

  • No returns are accepted unless it is a confirmed manufacturer's defect. Cancellations are only accepted before the product is ordered with the manufacturer (before it is in production and if the manufacturer allows). All cancellations are susceptible to a 30% cancellation fee. Special order products such as items where fabrics or colors can be selected are non-refundable. 
  • After sale services such as repairs or parts must be reported to the store via email, phone, or in person. Fees for labor and parts may apply depending on the time since delivery or pickup.
